The Utility Services Department manages monthy water, sewer and solid waste billing and collections for some 5,800 customers.  This department receives, researches and responds to or refers (as appropriate) hundreds of customers service inquiries each month.  You can contact our office at 803-283-9991.  If you have questions concerning your garbage pickup, please contact our Solid Waste Department at 803-286-8471.

For your convenience, we accept payments with debit or credit cards (Mastercard or Visa).  You can pay in person, over the phone or online.  (There is a $1.25 fee for online payments) 

We also offer bank draft for your utility bill.  Your bill will be drafted from your bank account the 10th of each month.  You will continue to receive a bill in the mail each month.  To apply for bank draft, come by our office, complete the form on the back of your bill, or download the form (click on applications tab at top of this page).  Please return your completed form along with a voided check to our office.
