Tax Information

There are a number of tax incentives for businesses and industries locating in Lancaster.  These include:

1. 20% State tax credit for development or lease of qualifying office facilities.
2. State corporate tax rate is 5%.
3. No intangibles tax.
4. No inventory tax.
5. No value added tax.
6. State sales tax exemption on a variety of production goods.
7. Fee In Lieu of taxes option based upon investment and job creation.
