Utility Services manages monthly water, sewer and solid waste billing and collections for some 5,800 customers who live both in and outside the City of Lancaster corporate limits. This office works closely with the City's Public Works Department to research and respond to numerous customer water and sewer service inquiries a month. We Now Offer Electronic Billing
Sign up today and start receiving your monthly utility bill and reminder notices each month to your inbox. Click here to download the electronic bill form for your completion and submission to our office. You can e-mail your completed form to us at email@example.com or return it to our office.
For your convenience, we also accept monthly utility payments with debit or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only). You can pay online, over the phone or in person. If you choose to pay online, there will be a $1.25 fee charged by the City's vendor for this service that will be added to your total.

The City also offers its customers the option to have their monthly utility bills drafted from their bank accounts each month. To apply for bank draft, you must come by our office, complete the form on the back of your bill, or download the form (click on applications tab at top of this page). Please return your completed form along with a voided check to our office.
