Vendor Notes:
Application does not guarantee acceptance: All applications will be evaluated based upon the criteria established by the Events Promotions Committee.

Tents & Generators:
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent and power source. Food vendors must read and understand the Fire Safety Guidelines established by the Lancaster Fire Department.

All tents must be anchored with weights in case of wind or rain.
