Due to the overwhelming vendor response, please contact us before sending in your request to insure that there is space available.

Arts & Crafts  and Non-Handcrafted Vendors: Saturday, May 19 9 am until 7 pm for application click here

Food Vendors: CLOSED

Vendor Notes:
Applications does not guarantee acceptance: All applications will be evaluated based upon the criteria established by the Events Promotions Committee.

Tents & Generators:
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent and power source. Food vendors must read and understand the Fire Safety Guidelines established by the Lancaster Fire Department.

All tents must be anchored with weights in case of wind or rain and is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Tents without weights will be removed from the event site.
