🌹Thursday, May 16th🌹
Lancaster’s Got Talent, a talent, and variety show will be hosted by the Good Samaritan Scholarship Foundation. The show will take place at USC Lancaster’s Bundy Auditorium beginning at 7:00 p.m. Tickets can only be purchased at the door. $15 for adults, $10 for Seniors, and $5 for students. 🌹Friday, May 17th🌹
Kick off the festival by meeting us in Downtown Lancaster beginning at 5:00 p.m. for tasty food vendors and live music.
🎶 6PM – Greg Parrish, this Rock Hill local has dropped tracks like “Make Her Miss Me Through This Radio,” “Sweet Ride,” and “Be That Fire.” along with your favorite Country music.
🎶 8:30PM – Leah Seawright Band featuring Mark Herndon from The Country/Rock supergroup Alabama, playing Southern Rock.


🌹Saturday, May 18th🌹
Continue the fun from 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Saturday, May 18th right in the Heart of Downtown Lancaster, SC. Over 50 Craft and Business vendors will line the streets with wholesome and unique items just for you! Also, Downtown Businesses will be opened just for you. Food vendors will whip up tasty bites, perfect for everyone! The kid zone presented by Duke Energy will provide an AMAZING time for all kids. Live music will play from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., please see the below list. When the clock strikes 10:00 p.m., fireworks will light the sky as we end the Red Rose Festival.
🎶 2PM – RawDeal Band, this local Lancaster Soft Rock band showcases their talent on stage with covers of, The Eagles, Journey, and many other great artists!
🎶 4PM – Carolina Honey, this local Lancaster Soft Rock band showcases their talent on stage with covers of Tina Turner, The Eagles, and many other great artists!
🎶 6PM – Vintage Vixens playing ’60s & ’70s Rock/R&B Soul are inspired by ’60s fashion, on stage these ladies look like the music—groovy, funky, hippie!
🎶 8:30PM – Mother’s Finest, your 2024 Retro Red Rose Festival Headliner! Mothers Finest, one of the most dynamic and charming bands in the music scene, breaks barriers and pioneers its unique Funk Rock genre.


The Red Rose Festival Car Show hosted by Punky’s on Main is back for another year! Come on out and enjoy the day listening to DJ David Berryhill while shopping around from onsite vendors. Have a unique car you want to show off? Be sure to register for the day from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Awards will be given to the Top 20: Best Modern Muscle, Best Original Classic, Best Truck, and Best in Show. There will be a $20 entry fee and a $25 fee for vendors.


We LOVE a good dog show! Do you think your pooch can walk away with the win? Your pooch can have the chance to win a prize if they enter the 2024 Red Rose Dog Show presented by Nutramax. Registration will be held behind the Old Court House from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Please bring recent shot records. We can’t wait to see all of our furry friends!


Join the United Way of Lancaster County, SC for the Run for the Rose along the scenic Lindsay Pettus Greenway. This trail features a mix of hard surfaces like asphalt and boardwalks, meandering through nature and showcasing 171 species of trees, shrubs, and wildflowers. As you race along, you’ll encounter Gills Creek and two public art tunnels. The Greenway provides a perfect setting for a speedy out-and-back race, where even leisurely runners might spot some of the 129 bird species or 25 mammal species that call it home. All proceeds from the event will support the United Way of Lancaster County’s efforts to address crucial needs in Health, Education, and Financial Security within our community. The United Way supports programs in 17 local nonprofits, with 8 initiatives focused on making a positive impact in these areas. Additionally, it plays a key role in the Lancaster Area Coalition for the Homeless, uniting the community to combat homelessness in Lancaster County. More information here!


It’s time for our Red Rose Photography Contest and Exhibit! This year’s theme is “Capturing the Essence: Nostalgia in Lancaster County.” Submit photos that ignite a feeling of nostalgia, from echos of the past in today’s modern setting, or the simplicity of rural life reminiscent of your childhood. Deadline to submit is Friday, May 3rd. Submissions will be on display at the festival for People’s Choice voting. Winners receive prizes, courtesy of the City of Lancaster, and will be announced during the festival.
