Five Lancaster potters will open their studios to visitors from 10am until 4pm on Saturday, September 28th. Admission is free and attendees will be able to see live pottery demonstrations, meet the artists, and shop. Visitors will also be able to obtain signatures from all participating potters and be eligible for a drawing. Artists include:
Liz Lee, 2945 Aero Lane, Lancaster, who will host wheel throwing demonstrations throughout the day.
Alan Noll, 2027 Standing Timber Road, Lancaster, with sculpture demonstrations throughout the day.
Diane Mahaffee, 2875 New Hope Road, Lancaster, with clay slabs and coiling techniques.
Patricia Gambino, 3024 Brandon Estate, Heath Springs, with wheel throwing demonstrations throughout the day.
Taylor Casey, 3118 Bentley Drive, Lancaster, with wheel throwing and carving demonstrations.
