EXTREME DROUGHT RESTRICTIONS
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources has declared that Lancaster is in an extreme drought.

The City of Lancaster is still in a Stage 3 drought restriction. Due to the recent rains, City Council has agreed to modify our restriction to allow for additional outdoor water usage ONE DAY per week. Appropriate usage includes vehicle washing, refilling of swimming pools and fountains, and landscape watering. Outdoor watering days will be determined as follows:
Customers with odd-numbered addresses
may water on Saturdays.
Customers with even-numbered addresses
may water on Sundays.
Watering ends each day at midnight.
ALL OTHER RESTRICTIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED FOR "EXTREME" OR STAGE 3 DROUGHT CONDITIONS.
